Forrest R. Miller, Partner
Forrest Miller is the founder of the Law Office of Forrest R. Miller, P.C., a Los Angeles–based firm dedicated to criminal defense and personal injury. He is a trial-focused attorney who has built his practice on aggressive advocacy, careful preparation, and unwavering commitment to his clients.
Forrest earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco in 2016, where he also completed a specialization in Trial Advocacy. That same year, he passed the California Bar Exam and began practicing law. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
Before founding his own practice, Forrest gained hands-on courtroom experience with Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers, representing parents in cases involving the Department of Child and Family Services, and as a Deputy Public Defender in Kern County (Bakersfield), where he handled a wide range of criminal cases. These roles sharpened his skills as a litigator and reinforced his dedication to protecting the rights of individuals.
In August 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Forrest established the Law Office of Forrest R. Miller, P.C. Since then, he has handled some of the most serious criminal matters, including murder cases, double attempted murder cases, large-scale distribution cases, and complex gang-related charges. He also represents clients in more common criminal matters such as domestic violence, DUIs, theft, and vandalism. Regardless of the charge, Forrest brings the same level of preparation, skill, and determination to every case.
